Nezam Tooloee

Non-Executive Director, Chairperson

Mr. Tooloee is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in wireless, strategy and start-up ventures. He is the sole principal of Wireless Alliances, a strategic business development and consulting firm that he formed to focus on entrepreneurial opportunities in the wireless industry. He has served as an advisor to MCI and worked with ClearComm Inc., as the CEO of its businesses in the US and as a member of its board of directors. Previously, he was a founder and a vice president of corporate development for US AirWaves Inc., a prominent bidder for PCS spectrum designated for small businesses. Earlier, he was a founder and a vice president of International Wireless Communications Inc., a pioneer in developing new wireless ventures in emerging markets. He played a significant role in securing, developing, and operating wireless licenses in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Mexico. Prior to his participation in the wireless industry, he was a principal with Strategic Decisions Group, a respected international strategy consulting firm, where he specialized in strategic management of high-technology businesses. He earned an MS in management science and a BS with distinction in mechanical engineering from Stanford University.
