Ian Kent joined Napo as Non-Executive Director in June 2006. He has significant relevant experience, having acted as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of a number of successful public and private healthcare companies. He is currently Chairman of LGC Group Holdings PLC, Interapta PLC and Argenta Discovery Limited, and Piramid Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Ardana plc. He has been appointed as Chairman of the board of the London Stock Exchange Listed Company Innovata PLC, a speciality pharmaceutical company focusing on pulmonary delivery. He was a founder of Ardana Biosciences in July 2000.
