AsiaPharm, headquartered in Singapore and Shanghai, is a Chinese specialty pharmaceutical group and is focused on the research, development, production and sale of natural drugs and synthetic drugs with new formulations used in the fields of orthopedics, neurology, gastroenterology and hepatology. AsiaPharm has licensed CRO-ID, CRO-HIV, and CRO-PED for the greater Chinese market (including Hong Kong and Macau) and is responsible for the development and commercialization of crofelemer for the Chinese market. AsiaPharm will manufacture product for its territory only. Napo will be the exclusive supplier of raw plant material used in the manufacture of crofelemer.

Napo and AsiaPharm also recently signed and implemented a screening agreement for the identification of new plant-based drugs in the anti-viral area.
